A strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace, Chris regularly develops internal engagement campaigns to to promote a positive work/life balance. Chris enjoys a good Netflix binge but can also be found plying the waterways of Peterborough and the Kawarthas on his boat with family.

Chris has worked in a variety of fields from hospitality & healthcare to education and has experience managing in both unionized and non union environments. A graduate of Simon Fraser University Chris brings a wealth of knowledge to most conversations with an uncanny ability to draw parallels between proven techniques and the situation at hand adding to his ability to observe and problem solve. Reporting for many years to managing Boards Chris presents his ideas diplomatically and is always open to new ideas or suggestions.
